Random pix during my trip to Singapore, 14 May 2010.

11 May 2010, I and my friends went on holiday to Singapore. We stay at Costa Sands Resort (Downtown East).

Located in the east, Costa Sands Resort (Downtown East) remains a popular choice holiday destination for Singaporeans looking for a quick getaway. The resort’s popularity has also grown in terms of new facilities and amenities added to offer guests a home away from home.
After enjoying a speedy check-in through self-automated kiosks, guests can enjoy a range of activities such as exploring the resort, having a BBQ cookout, swimming, enjoying fun time at Wild Wild Wet or bowling. Alternatively, they can relax in the comfort of their air-conditioned rooms equipped with a television set, DVD player, free Wi-Fi access, and other amenities.
Some 349 rooms are available over four room categories. Deluxe Rooms, Deluxe Plus Rooms and Family Suites available from August 2010, and Dormitories available from September 2010.

Costa Sands Resort (Downtown East) offers the largest selection of rooms and facilities for events ranging from business presentations and training courses to Dinner & Dances, Corporate Family Days or Concerts and Exhibitions. Aster 1 and Aster 2 can accommodate 60 guests each, and may be converted into a larger space to accommodate up to 130 guests.
For larger groups, Cassia 1 and 2 comfortably seats up to 550 guests while Begonia Terrace makes for an ideal team building space. Wedding or dinner and dance party can also be hosted up to 1,000 guests. For larger-scale events like conferences or concerts, D’Marquee and D’Tent can accommodate 2,000 and 660 guests respectively. day before returning to KL, we visited the Universal Studios Singapore on the help of an acquaintance who worked at Universal Studio and we were given passes as media representatives. We come in at about 2 pm to 8.30 pm. Universal Studios is so vast and so great to visit one day was not enough. However we also had to take some pictures as memories. Time passes so fast so we did not have time to visit all the places on that day. We intend to be back again in the future. Thank you to our friend Mr. Rudi immensely for a tour guide. Hopefully we will meet in Kuala Lumpur. For more information log on to

Salam|Namastee|Good Day| It's been 1 week I have leaved Perhentian Island............I extremely missing the island, missing the blue sandy water and the wonderful memories with wonderful people around me.....:-( I wish I can go back again perhaps next year. Anyway to my dearest Zaffira here I come to share my Perhentian Island trip plus wonderful pictures for you to see. I went to Perhentian Island in Terengganu on 14 - 16 May 2011, 2D2N within budget RM420 all in. We leaved KL on Saturday night (13th May) at 10.30 pm from KL Sentral by AGAG Tour & Travel bus (chartered). The journey roughly 7 to 8 hours to reach to Kuala Besut Jetty in Terangganu. Due to some technical problem during the journey we delay 2 hours and end up we reached Kuala Besut jetty at 9.30 am in the morning instead of 6 am (this is the correct estimated time we supposed to be there ) anyway that is not the big issue as long as we reach safely to our destinations. We had our morning
